Congratulations on your new job.

You are tasked with keeping the entity alive and contained. It will adapt to its environment and try to smash through the container. You must find the new settings to force it to change to its new environment. You must also be careful to not make changes that would harm the creature.

Keep it alive and contained. Your job and/or life depends on it.

Thousands of years ago in the 90s when Independence Day came out some of the toys came with PC games on floppy disks (yeah, those). I had one where you played as one of the aliens on the mothership, and you sat at your console and worked the controls in pursuit of your unclear, malevolent alien purposes. I had no idea what I was doing in the game, but I was captivated by it and remember playing for hours.

This is kind of like that, but honestly I feel like I have a much better handle on this game. I'm not sure if this will come off as a compliment, but it's meant that way. Great, very strange work!

That sounds awesome. I love 90s games and programs that are a little strange. I wanted to make a game with a 90s vibe too.

This comment gave me a big smile. I really loved your platformer too. Thank you so much for the compliment.

It's working for me now! Thank you so much for fixing it despite the glitch only appearing for a few people. The game is a lot of fun. I don't know if I'm doing good at it but I think I'm getting better the more often I play. Finding the right environment for the entity is a fun task and if this had a timer and several levels with different entities or randomised levels/entities I could play it all day! Rated: 5/5

I'm glad I found a way to get more people up play it and that people are enjoying it

Confusing, but I like the graphics!

Sound blew out my ear drums. :P

Reminds me of five nights at Freddy's kind of.

Sorry about that

Wasn't trying to go for FNAF I think it kinda had a little of those elements of you press the free button

I don't super understand, but I love my angry tamagotchi anyway

Lol it's okay I need to learn how to explain games better

very cool idea, had a lot of fun messing with all of the options

Damn, I love the mechanics of this game. You get this realistic feeling of tension when you want the cell to live and at the same time making sure it cannot kill you.

Great Job!

Thank you. There's a bit that I am proud of.

Ha ha... I don't get it. My creature looks so happy but he keeps dieing... Maybe I should give Kimbo (yes I named it Kimbo) food how do I give him food?

There's a food button. If he's dying it's probably because something needs to be changed. I need to better explain it the top three lights will tell you how many you have right. The white light will notify you something is wrong and need to be changed so play with the light and sliders

Lights

thanks Kimbo will enjoy his food

Also Kimbo mutated but I acitendtly freed him when I was trying to feed him please have the feeding button closer to the creture

thank you

So that was also kinda the plan lol I did make to really bad buttons and placed them in bad spots for things like to happen. To me that felt really 90s. I also let you in on a secret. There is a condition where if the character unspecified mental rate is too high too high you will accidently press the wrong button. It's a cruel thing I probably should add something to notify when this happens

._.

I think that counts as hostile game design
